If you are in Brazil, don’t do it. This man faces 8 to 15 years jail term. His crime – he kissed his daughter of only 8 years in public view. This happened in a hotel’s swimming pool in Brazil. The man in question is an Italian. Witnesses told police that he touched the girl in an intimate way. But they were not aware that it was his daughter.

The Italian tourist, a 48-year-old businessman, was arrested on 2 September 2009 in the coastal city of Fortaleza, in the north-east of Brazil, where he was on holiday with his wife and daughter.

He was reported to the police by a Brazilian couple who claimed he had been touching a young girl inappropriately and had kissed her on the mouth while they were both at a swimming pool close to the beach in full view of other tourists.
